Dynamic disc repair

I’ve disrupted a dynamic disc that was composed of multiple partitions. Circumstances caused the format of one of the partitions and reload of Win 2000 OS. The other partitions are unreadable from the new NTFS partition and the new partision cannot be converted to dynamic through Disc Manager. Anyone know how this data can be recovered? Could it be read from a separate dynamic disc? Thanks for your help.
