Dynamic Import of Excel?

Sorry for the duplicate post, but I didn’t see the question section and I would really like a targeted response and not just a discussion. What I really need is to accomplish this without manual intervention, for the table to be populated automatically. What’s the best way to accomplish this, using triggers, stored procedures, etc… I’m not quite a newbie, but have only used stored procedures and manual import/exports.
