India E-com outfits are demanding Business Process Re-engineering. As a consultant based in India, I find it difficult to re-engineer and integrate the e-commerce operators for better ROI.
Wonder if there are ways to re-engineer e-com on the follwing counts:
a) technology & marketing strategy that works for atleast 2 years
b) strategic benefits the outfit must vouch for.
c) cost cutting and
d) Supply chain management
