You may want to look at Blackboard.com. Their platform is capable of incorporating video/audio. I work for Magellan.edu we provide online instructor led IT training. We use BlackBoard but dont use video in the class at this time but plan to when the technology is is there.
Knowledgenet is another online IT training company that offers a live class. You could check them out.

It is not e-learning plat form, but WebEx is a really good tool like net meeting on steriods and more reliable by far! I have used it to train end users on our proprietary softwar and it has been a breeze, do’t need to worry about firewalls. go towww.webex.com
