Just curious on how other companies are stucturing their e-learning enviroments. Do you have a department in IS that creates CBT/WBT’s or do you have business partners heavily involved with the creation? What type of reporting sturcture do you have? We are looking to restucture our current area and any feedback would be helpful? What has been successful or what would you do differently?
