e-mail address/subscription renewal

I recently renewed my subscription ;online;with Norton/Symantec and find that my expiry date remains the same on my installed software.I upgraded my platform recently and reinstalled the anti-virus software;which now shows the original expiry date.How do I contact Symantec/e-mail;(I keep getting return mail;saying "servers not compatibale???);or is there a way to check to see if my subscription has been altered when I upgraded platforms. thanks
