e-mail from the inbox are automatic deleted on MS Office outlook 2003

I use windows xp with an ms office outlook 2003 my server are windows 2003 and my server are Exchange 2003,when i open my new e-mail from the inbox after i read the mail and i close my e-mail from the inbox are automatic deleted,i ask to my classmate that send to me again the e-mail on my inbox and i open again the new e-mail its automatic deleted again and the message was not restore on the Deleted Items.
