I have a small site with about 100 users on an Exchange 5.5 box.
What I want to do is restrict some users from sending/receiving e-mail across the internet. I only want them to send e-mail within the company on this Exchange server.
Any ideas?
I’ve tried removing the SMTP address from the user. That doesn’t keep them from sending messages though. It sends it with the x.400 address@domain.com instead. While it’s god aweful long, it doesn’t stop them from trying… Restricting delivery except from users in the company works for receiving but not sending. And it’s a nightmare to try and administer everytime I add another user to the server. I have to add them to each user that’s restricted individually.
