E-mail Routing

I have a Win2k server with MS Exchange 2000 server.
I want to use it as internal mail only without routing out.
Whenever i sent mail using my Ms Outlook with external account, my server also try ot sent out this e-mail on the Ms Exchange server and kept on retry and retry. how to disable it??

1. Start>Programs>MS Exchange>System Manager
2. Drill down to "Internet SMTP Connector", by default it is Administrative Group>First Administrative Group>Routing Groups>First Administrative Group>Connectors
3. Right-Click "Internet SMTP Connector"and get into properties.
4. Go to "Delivery Restrictions" tab
5. Select "Rejected" where it says - "By default, messages from Everyone is "
