E-Mail Volume

By jlbalderas ·
What are industry standard #s for the volume of e-mail that SendMail can send at one time? Realizing it's dependent on header size, processing power, etc. there must still be some #s that are used? Any ideas on where we might find those stats would be greatly appreciated.

Has some sendmail info and some other stuff. Also includes a sendmail benchmark slide in subfolder /Sendmail_V2_Benchmark3.htm

Its from 2002 and you'll have to try to do some tricks with their tested CPU quantity/speed v. yours. This should get you started though.

I find this groups benchmarks to be pretty accurate for any of the applications they've tested.
