If you are using Exchange 5.5 you should be able to set up an audit account. This will allow the auditor to go through the system and look for the offending E-Mails. If your running another type of E-Mail product you'll have to ask the the lady in question not to delete the E-Mail and look through the trasport log,it will show you were it came from and who sent it. However certain E-mails i.e. hotmail will not have compleate log.

Hi Rahil
How r u. I m Yash Arora working as N/W Administrator in ISP.

If U want to enquire abt mail, just load the postmaster software on the server and do the necessary settings required by that software.
After Loading that software no one can directly send the Emails. Emails from all the clients will first come on to the server that is in Post master software.
In postmaster u will have complete log of ur N/W. This software will help u in Finding the person who creates indiscipline in ur co.

OK BYE for now
take care. & BEST OF LUCK for ur mission called ( unknown Person)
