e100bnt5.sys

We are setting up a new PC for a contractor. We loaded Windows 2000 on the users IBM Netvista PC(type=6578-PAU) via our “Image MASSter 2000 Hard drive software duplicator” machine which copies a sysprep image from a “model” hard drive to the target users hard drive.
I have tried “re-imaging” 2 or 3 times today and when Windows 2000 starts up I recieve the lovely Blue Screen of death complaining about:

\winnt\system32\drivers\e100bnt5.sys

I have searched technet and the Microsoft site fore100bnt5.sys, but no luck…does anyone have a clue, what is causing my blue, blue screen?
