E2K- Host Multiple SMTP Virtual Servers

I have been watching NAVJUN’s question about hosting multiple domains through Exchange 2000, I also need this, I have 1 2000 server hosting 3 web sites, and need exchange to host these 3 SMTP servers. STEVE MERRILL’s answer looked good but I got lost, could you explain further..? JORDANA took a much simpler approach (which I’m all for!) but didn’t go into much detail, is this possible, and what else needs to be configured/setup? And lastly, I looked at the tech republic article discussing multiple domains, but was unable to complete the new mailbox store portion, can anyone else, or those who posted to NAVJUN’s question help explain this further?
