I have a pci modem and I was thinking of selecting Turbo Com VIP to assign a virtual UART port to my modem so that DOS applications can read the modem. The problem is that Turbocom VIP fails to do the job. I need to know where I can get a program similar to Turbocom VIP that can assign a virtual port to my modem or make it function EXACTLY like an ISA modem.
