Easy to use (for end users) Trouble Ticket software

I am looking for an very very simple trouble ticket software for my end users.

Ideally, something that 1. Doesn't require a login, 2. has a priority selection, 3. sends an email to me.

It can be as advanced on the back end as needed. The front end needs to be simple because if its not, the users wont use it.

I am looking at ZenDesk and Kayako and am thinking after I customize it, I may be able to make it to my liking.

Sysaid Its free, but if you want integration with Active Directory, then the pay edition is the way to go. Its inexpensive. The end user only has to hit the F11 key to bring up a trouble ticket. I've used it for a couple of years now.

You may want to reconsider this. Most users are going to mark their request as 'Urgent' anyway, even if they just can't get to Farmville.
