    Easy way to swap split-screen windows?

    Hi

    I often want to swap split-screen windows – that is, move the left window to the right and vice versa.

    The only way I know to do this is to move one out of full screen mode first. This is quite painful, as the process can be quite laggy. Is there an easier way?

      A possible way would be to use System Preference.

      Open the monitor preferences, hit the Arrangement tab and move the window you want moving.

      That just shifts the screen arrangement.

      What exactly do you mean by Split Screen?
      is this just an extended desktop?

      I don’t know of any keyboard shortcut that will do the same thing.
