easyphoto caused a error in kernel32.dll

while trying to scan i receive the following error msg. "easyphoto has caused an error in kernel32.dll" then my program freezes.
uninstalling and reinstalling does not work,
thanx for any help.

Easyphoto tried to access the processor directly and you have basically tried reinstalling the program,the only other suggession would look for updates to the kernel32.dll file or reinstall the operating system.
Go to www.windrivers.com for kernel32.dll update or the microsoft knowledgebase

I heard of that happening before. The solution was to upgrade the scanner drivers and easy photo. All updates were on the web.
