Please help,
Whilst trying to give a user permissions to access another mailbox in Active Directry Users and Computers i get the following error.

The user granted “associated external account” right must also be granted “full mailbox access” right.
IDNo: c1034ad4
Microsoft Active Directory.

Any ideas?
