The windows XP home edition in my computer doesn’t have an administrator account. I tried to add one in the registry, but got the “can’t create value: error to writing registry”. I also tried to change the permission, but got the “Unable to save permission changes on userlist. Access is denied.” Can anyone help me? Thanks.
