Edit website online through browser

By cheryl ·
I have recently designed a website for a
pre-school in the uk.

They want to update the website from their computer. Is this possible
to do without any web design software or os it possible using their browser.

I know Netscape/IPlanet server used to support something called 'Web Publisher', where you can edit html in the browser. If this is the web server your school is using, look into the help documentation there.

Also, Builder.com recently posted an article, <a href="http://builder.com.com/article.jhtml?id=u00220020513gcn01.htm&page=1&vf=tt">' Draw and annotate in your browser using SVG'</a>.

Otherwise, I saw a few free tools designed for young children on the Tucows site: http://www.tucows.com/kids/html.html

Talk to Indigo Learning - they are an educational company (publisher of Dazzle / Dazzle Plus). They have a new product for doing this. Product manager is Harriet Truscott. Email = harriet.truscott@indigolearning.com
