Edited post: Simplex Method Source code

I am doing a project on resource management, I previously asked for some resources regarding “Optimization research and problems…etc” didn’t get any replies. Well I found some, and I got even more confused, I don’t need to get busy with numerical analysis and simplex itself cos I didn’t take it as a course and I am not required, I can do the rest of the programming but this bit needs at least a few months to get through which I don’t have. can anyone tell me where to find some piece of source code (a simple one) that uses simplex to optimize value “Academic use strictly” THANKS anyway 🙁
