I installed 512 MB SDRAM, thinking that more is better(and faster). I have now heard that Windows 98se is not capable of using more than 256 MB of RAM.
If that is True, What is the best way to make use of the extra RAM?
How do I allocate and configure RAM memory for Virtual Memory, which is probably the next best use for the extra RAM.
I am NOT a Gamer, I mainly access multiple Internet sites for Day-Trading, Streaming Quotes, Dynamic Charting. I have an ASUS CUSL2-C, P3 800Mhz 133 Bus, TnT2 32 Video, C:15G 7200HD and D:30G 7200HD, using T1 Cable Modem.
Any other suggestions to increase Access Speed and Handling Speed?
