what are all the requirements to run the ejb's on windows2000

Well the Sun Java runtime isn't really enough. You'll need a EJB application server. The Inprise (Interbase) one is 'free' with Borland JBuilder. Not really cheap alternatives are BEA WebLogic or IBM WebSphere. But maybe search on the Net will show you some free/cheap solutions.
