make sure your equipment is grounded. Do you have a 3 prong outlet in the wall where the equipment is plugged into or do you have an adapter for a 2 prong outlet. It is important for the chasis and all other equipment that should be grounded.
Whattype of electrical interference are you experiencing? 95% of the time it is improper grounding.

As answer 1 asked, what type of electrical interferance?
Line Noise?
Waves in Monitor Dispaly?
Transmitted Noise?

Line Noise:
Start with a good quality line filter.
These are more involved than surge supressors.
I custom assemble my own using Corcom filters when I need one.
Sometimes, you need a line issolation transformer.
Check with the local electrical supply house for more information.

Waves in Monitor Display:
Thi susually happens when you have a high current power line nearby.
The only way to eliminate the problem is to move the PC or the power line.
Mu-Metal shielding can reduce the problem. Perfection Mica is a source for Mu-Metal.

Transmitted Noise:
This is usually RFI.
Make sure that all covers are in place;
That there is a metal plate behind every unused drive bay;
The I/O shield is in place;
And that the covers are securely grounded to the case.
