I have an emachine model t2692. It will not startup. I have checked the power supply with an Ultra power supply tester and all checks OK.
Turning on the power to the computer causes the fan to run and nothing else.
I have measured the voltage at the power switch terminal at 3.3v. I have checked the switch and it works OK.
It never gets to the point where the BIOS is read.
