Email Admin Account for Migrated Mailboxes.Locked
Following upgrade/migration from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003 our ’email admin’ account will no longer open other users mailboxes.
Accounts in AD, mailboxes moved onto Ex2k3.
Mail Admin account now cannot open other users mailboxes as before.
Outlook gives ‘..error synchronizing hierarchy for mailbox
Following migration of mailboxes to ex2k3, full exchange administrator account cannot access other mailboxes, why?
