Email Delivery in SBS 2003

Our server crashed and I performed a reinstall and restore from backup. When Exchange server got up and running, I did not receive any new email in Outlook 2003. I checked OWA and the new messages were there.

Any reason why this is happen? Don’t they use the same mailbox.
