I have appended a disclaimer to outbound email using the Internet Email Service Extension IMCEXT.DLL. It works great when connected to exchange internally but it doesn’t append to any message if the user connects up by POP3. Does anyone know why anda work around so that the disclaimer is added to outbound external email when someone send mail via POP3.
