Email Forwarding in MS Exchange 5.5

Can someone explain how to set up email forwarding in MS Exchange 5.5? I want to be able to forward mail coming in, to anohter ISP but am not sure how it can be done or if it can be done at all.

1. In Exchange administrator, create a custom recipient.
2. Select "Internet address" for the address type
3. Enter the address at the other ISP...for example jdow@isp.com
4. Enter the Last, First names, the display name and the alias for your system...for example Doe, John, John Doe, jdoe
5. That's it. When someone sends a message to jdoe@yourcompany.com, it's automatically forwarded to jdoe@isp.com.

Create a custom recipient for the new email address. Then select the mailbox that you wish to forward and select the Delivery Options tab. At the bottom - Alternate recipient - select the Modify button, select the new SMTP address. You can have the email go to both if you check "Deliver message to both"
