email forwarding

ok,it’s early monday morning and my head hurts… so someone please make this easy for me. My company is set up with POP3 email accounts, which to my knowledge means you can only have the account set up on one computer (as oppossed to http accounts that reside on the host server until you delete them) My boss wants to have his emails forwarded to his personal email account so he can check his business email from home on nights and weekends. Is there any good software that makes this painless or possibly an outlook express trick that I’m not aware of? Thanks!
