email forwarding

ok,it's early monday morning and my head hurts... so someone please make this easy for me. My company is set up with POP3 email accounts, which to my knowledge means you can only have the account set up on one computer (as oppossed to http accounts that reside on the host server until you delete them) My boss wants to have his emails forwarded to his personal email account so he can check his business email from home on nights and weekends. Is there any good software that makes this painless or possibly an outlook express trick that I'm not aware of? Thanks!

You can do this e.g. the following way :

On the 2nd pc/laptop use e.g. Outlook Express. Create a mail account exactly as the one on the office pc, except.....when you open the properties of the mail account go to the 'Advanced' tab. Click on 'Leave a copy of messages on the server'. This means that the 2nd pc/laptop always has a copy of what's in the mailbox. But it also means that the pc at work will have to download everything which a has done at home. So he will get twice the information.

Please note that if you would like to check your emails while still remain on the server you should go this url

http://www.mollymail.com/webmail/

and put your email id and password so you will be able to check your emails on the web site like yahoo or hotmail.

P.S : Enter your email id in this way
YourEmailID@YourPopServerName.Com
or
YourEmailID@IP_AddressOfYourPopServer

I've been using this site when I'm on the remote sites and don't wish to download my emails on the shared pc.
