I have Windows 2000 Professional, using Road Runner with Outlook Express 6 (IE 6). Most of my emails that I subscribe to will have a clickable link, but when I click on the link to get to the site, nothing happens. I have to copy the link and pasteit in the address bar to get to the site.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this (it only started happening after I upgraded to IE6)?

Thank you.

You need to make ie6 your default browser. I am running ie 5.5. however, i'm pretty sure you can go into ie6 and click tools, and then internet options. you should have a programs tab. you should then make ie6 your default browser. then exit out of ie6 and go back into it again. next try clicking on a link and see if it works.

I am curious to know if you can right click the link within Outlook Express and click on the open option on the pop up window? If this works it is a matter of changing the default property of your email program to open the links instead of doing nothing.
