email not created when creating new ad user account

Hi all, I would like to get some idea on our email server/ad server issue.

Last two weeks, we had a problem where our master dc01 was corrupted and could not be contacted by other domain controller. Since that moment also our new user ad user got problem could not creating their email address and mailbox.

What we did when this problem occurred was demoted the old corrupted dc01. And seize the fsmo roles to another working dc02.

Now, our DCs are replicated to each others. But the only problem is our exchange not creating email address for any new ad user.

My question is what should I check and make changes on the new AD master dc02 and also the exchange server.

I have red in forum that its related to RUS that pointing to the old dc01 and need to change to new fsmo roles holder dc02.

If yes, how do I do about it?

How to make sure any new ad user account created and their email also been created automatically like before the changes on our AD-Domain controller.
