A Win98 user complains that when she prints her Outlook email to a networked HPLJ-4P it’s grey and too light. If she prints her email to another network printer, the output is normal or if she prints from WORD to the HPLJ-4P, the output is normal.If someone else prints their email to the HPLJ-4P, the output is normal. I could not find a parameter in her OUTLOOK that made any difference in her output. Small but irritating problem.
