Email shared server

Hi- My company is sharing the email server with one of it's grouop company.MS Exchange is being used.
I want to discuss the risk invoived in this, as the server administration is with the other company.
What may be potential threats to the security of my company's emails in respect of Confidentiality - Integrity and availability.

If your not going to be the admin of the exchange server you have no confidentiality -Integrity the only thing you will have is availablitity providing there is a good link up.

He can access any inbox he wants he is the one that is in control of it.

Have all admin / exchange access functions audited

and then allow you to pull such audits whenever you like. If there is something you need to question then you can point to the audit.

Now Now G-Man we both no that if the admin is a good admin he will cover his / her tracks if they are upto anything a quick command line swtich and the audit is disabled.

but notice a gap in an audit trail and you have them caught.

Edit: Forgot to say, you command will never work anyway.
