Emailing from Access

I’ve created a database and reports in Access that I want to mass email out. I’ve tried sending in .rtf format and, not only do I lose a lot of the formatting in the report, the the file for a 2 page report ends up being a 9 MB attachment which is too large to send. I tested sending the file as a Snapshot and it worked well. However, some of the recipients don’t have Snapshot Viewer and the download for this program is no longer available on the Microsoft website (whether for Win98 or Win2000). Any suggestions on how I can do a mass emailing of reports without losing the formatting to recipients who may or may not have Snapshot Viewer?
