I am trying to email a word template from Word 2000 directly to others in my office by using the send a copy option. For some reason when I do this, nothing happens. Are there any options etc I can turn on or off to perform this action? I have noproblem getting to the address book or resolving names, but when I click send a copy nothing happens. It works fine if I send the file as an attachment, and I can create a new document, they go fine, but anytime I try to send a .dot file, nothing happens. What can I do to get around this?
