Hi
I am having a strange issue whereby some emails directed to a specific email address are going missing, and also some emails that should go to this person via a distribution group go missing.
This only happens to one person – everyone else seems to be getting mails fine.
Message tracking center in exchange system manager tells me the emails are going in the right users mailbox. If I look in OWA I can see the email arriving and in the mailbox for maybe 3-5 seconds and then disappears. They are not deleted or in the junk folder.
I have deleted are reinstalled outlook and deleted the .ost file and allowed outlook to recreate it. I have also removed the virus checker on his machine (AVG).
Any ideas?
