Emergency Please help me .

I am using windows NT network. Network is running very smooth , but one computer which is Windows NT worksation is not coming in the list of network browsers list, when I saw then I found that Server service was not running but when I tried to startit it gives me a error message which is ” Error 1130: Not Enough server storage is available to process this command”. Tell me that how can i recover this problem.
