Emergency Repair Disk

I am trying to create an ERD on all my Win NT workstation thru the Utility (with no switches). It is working fine on some PCs but other PC’s give me a message stating “Repair Disk Could not copy all files to the Emergency Disk. The ERD is full. The configuration files were saved in your hard disk.”

I thought that an ERD was supposed to fit on a floppy. Does anyone have any suggestions?
