Our office purchased two of the Epson video projectors (EMP-715) this summer. Anyway, there was a piece of software included in those projectors – EMP Slidemaker. With this software, you can take a PowerPoint 97/2000 presentation and simply drag-n-drop the presentation onto the slidemaker icon and it would paste the slides of the presentation into this software. From there, you could transfer these slides into a memorycard that you could insert into the projector – therefore, eliminating theneed of a laptop for presentations.
Anyway, we are rolling out Office XP in our company and this version of EMP Slidemaker (version 1.1) does not work with XP. Anybody know the where-abouts of an updated version or are we just stuck?
Hate to think that we spent that kind of cash on two Epson projectors and be stuck with incompatible software. We called our sales reps and they refuse to return our calls regarding this issue.
