I'm sure there are jobs there, you just think they are beneath you... Burger flippers are always in demand ]:)

Oh, you were looking for real advice? Why not contact a recruiter? The language barrier is going to be most difficult to overcome...

Do you have experience?

by Fregeus In reply to Employement

Without experience, certification means nothing. It only means you're good at memorizing facts, nothing more.

Without experience, you are no different than Joe Shmoe off the street. But if you're in Germany and don't speak the language well, well you're even less than Joe Shmoe.

Take a job fixing PCs and learn the language. Without communication, we are nothing. Germans are not well known for accepting outsiders, so I suggest you make your German a priority. Either that or move.

Take can't speak a word of german off your cv, then if you want / have to stay there, learn it.

Given how many german speaking people IT people there are in germany why would you expect to get a job there?

They aren't expecting Goethe or anything, pull your finger out man.

I hear they pay 30,000$ or more in Germany to unemployed immigrants. Sounds like you qualify.
