Empty Favorites folders on Start Menu

Hi. Win2000 Pro. IE 6.0.2. I’ve added Favorites to the Start Menu, but when I open it Start -> Favorites, all I can access are the folders I’ve created within Internet Explorer Favorites menu. Personalized menus is turned off. When in Internet Explorer, I can see all of my links within the Favourites menu. Any ideas??
