Could you tell me please how to solve this problem I have with loading Mic office 2000
Outlook.
I made a mistake and installed office xp beta version. then I uninstalled it.
then when I installed office 2000 premium, microsoft outlook would give me this error when I tried to open it; Unable to open default e-mail folders, an unexpected error has occured. Mapi was unable to load information service emslis.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.
Well I tried everything I know to do. I uninstalled address book and reinstalled it and nothing works. I reinstalled my internet explorer and now my outlook express works but not outlook. I forgot to mention that outlook express wasn’t working either until I reinstalled IE. What should I do next.
Oh! I’m running win2k, IE 6.0 and I tried to installed Office 2000 premium..
