Emulators for a UNIX program

Hi all:
I have Win98SE on my machine. I have acquired a really nice program, but it has one small draw-back- it is for UNIX. Does anyone know where I cac locate an emulator for this? It can either be for MSDOS or Windows. It could even be in C, or C++ source-not a problem.
