Enable AGP and keep 2x speed

I know we have been down this road before, but now I know more about this whole thing.
I have a Motherboard Chipset: VIA VT82C693A Apollo Pro133.
Memory Slot#1: 128MB (PC133 SDRAM)
AGP Version: 1.00
AGP Status: Disabled
Supported AGP: 1x, 2x
Current AGP speed: 2x
Fast-Write: Not supported
Side Band Addressing Supported, but disabled
Manufacturer: VIA Technologies.
I have tried several 4-in-1 driver downloads, and those that do enable my AGP, drop it from 2x to 1x.
How do I find a driver or drivers which will enable AGP and keep the 2x speed?
