Enabling all users to access broadband

I have installed Tiscali (an ISP)Broadband Internet on my son-in-law’s computer under his User Account. His two sons (my grandsons!) have their own User Accounts on the same computer but cannot access the Internet through these. How do we arrange that they can please? Many thanks.
