my company has a domain, all users work as user domain.
my problem is :
(1)one of the employee had a problem in his profile, so one of my collage deleted his local and roman profile, in order to allow system to create new profile.
(2)unfortunately the employee encryption all his files in D drive using Advanced Option ” Encrypt Contents to Secure Data”
(3)after creating a new profile , the employee complained that he could not open his documents, unfortunately the employee could not take off the tick of the advanced option ” Encrypt Contents to Secure Data”.
(4) so we tried with domain admin account and local admin account, but it was the same. the message was “access is denied”
(5)we changed the security permission and the take owner successfully, but no action, the problem is the same.
any body can help to solve this problem ASAP
