In teh “old” days we all built networks to access data off mainframes. There was an “industry standard” for end to end response time. Used to be 3 seconds on the net and two seconds in the host. We created SLA’s with this.
Now that we are moving all applications to WEB based, IP etc etc, is there an Industry standard end to end response time to build towards and create SLA’s with ?
