Hey guys!
I’m looking for some tips on developing an end-user satisfaction survey that would be used once the IT Department has completed a trouble-ticket. It would have questions like “Did your issue get resolved in a timely manner…?”.
Does anyone have a tried & true survey that they use that doesn’t open up a can of worms with it’s wording?
