Enter and Alt Key Stops working.

I have a Compaq Evo XP Pro machine. Whenever I open IE and close it ENTER keys both on Num pad and the other one and right ALT key stops working.
If I go to task manger and endtask iexplore application the keys start working.

I tried reinstaling SP1 for XP and IE but of no use.

Could someone help pls.
